Cold Craps Table
Adapting to a Cold Craps Table
There can be some cases, when craps table becomes cold where the points and numbers will not hit. The normal distribution will take a crazy run but just for turning into the favor of player, it could turn into favor of casino. For instance, let’s consider flipping coins. The normal distribution over the time will show that we could expect heads to appear fifty percent of time and tails to appear fifty percent of time.
The short term distribution variance will show that in last fifty flips, forty five resulted in tails and only five would result in heads. If we should bet on heads for the fifty flips, we would have lost all our money. The same scenario is true for the craps table. The short term distribution will result in lot more seven outs than the points which we make and this scenario is called as cold table. The variance will go in player’s favor after the distribution corrects itself eventually which is called hot table. We should know what to do when the table is cold.
A cold table is very easy to distinguish. A table which is quiet, empty and very few people who are playing will look sad and depressed. Shooter will established points and will throw a 7 out and lose immediately. It we make a stand stubbornly, we can fight the cold table and we would lose our complete allotment for this session in very few minutes. Though this roll has random outcomes, the trends change and they occur randomly. A table which is ice cold can be against players and the hot tables will be the trend of players. Unless we adapt with the table, the cold table will be miserable. We should walk away as loser and we would never play craps after that.
We would see that many people insist to fight cold table. Instead of playing off in cold table, lots of people are stubborn and they do not adapt to cold table. Cold streaks will appear as hot streaks based on statistics. If we walk to a table with 2 people playing, the other 3 tables will be packed and people would stand on side and wait for playing. Both the players at table will play the pass line. There are 2 quick seven outs in each row. The players would moan, cuss and complain about craps and never get a break. Always we should bet with number 7 rather than against it. We should retain the don’t pass bet in our hip pockets as weapons against when the dice land in favor of casinos. Our goal should be play the pass line and get rid of cold streaks.
